Sleepless Joe- Character Concept (Edit x3)

Appearance:

Clothing- Wears a button up dark gray dress shirt with a brightly colored striped vest. He also has on a pair of dull striped pajama pants. He doesn't wear any shoes.
Figure- Tall at, at least 7, 2 with gray skin. He has patches of skin that are a black in color and hold a demonic look about them, those parts of his body are his hands feet, part of his face, and scattered randomly over his body. Those marks tend to move so they never look the same, even if they may be in the same place. Hands and feet are claw like, almost like that of Pennywise from IT (Stephen King book, it's also a movie and a TV show). His hair color is a dark ginger with lighter patches mixed into it, he also dose have freckles that aren't just on his face but along his body as well. He has two different color eyes, his right eye (the one with the demonic skin around it) is a bright yellow well his left eye is a greenish blue.

Quite- Joe doesn't talk all that often and prefers to just sit back and watch. He will engage others in conversation every now and them, but that pretty rare and his talks with people tend to be more of the others talking for the most part.
Dog Like Loyalty- Once he develops a loyalty to someone it say for a long time. To break his dog like loyalty you would have to do something pretty bad to him or someone he cares about.
Observant- Like what was said in the "Quite" trait he likes to watch people and well observe. He learns quite a lot from watching people, manly how they act, who their close to, what their afraid of, and much more. He uses all those things he learned to make his victims go insane.
Cold- He tends to shut people out, not really trusting most. This is because of a event that happened in his past that he doesn't like to talk about. He will however try to be a little friendly towards his friends, though this depends on how close he is to that person.
Awkward- Since he doesn't talk all that often and doesn't make that many friends he has grown to be a little awkward. This can be seen though the way he speaks with others.
Unstable- Because of the fact that he is unable to sleep he becomes rather unstable. His moods can change from calm to violent in the blink of an eye.
Clever- This comes into play when he's looking for what his victims are most scared of and how he will use that knowledge against them. How he will make there dreams seem so real and even cause them some harm in doing so.
Loner- Since he doesn't make friends all that often and isn't normally the most friendly of people he has been known to be somewhat of a loner.

Not all of his victims suffer from this phobia so he will haunt people in there dreams making them go though their worst fear(s), not yet killing them. He dose this till his victims become paranoid of sleep and waits for the best time to strike.
Sexual Orientation- Unknown since he hasn't felt any form of love towards anyone
Age- Unknown, it is assumed that he has lived for around 99 years
Powers- Control over dreams and cause hallucinations when the person is awake, though he rarely uses this. Also like most demons he is rather strong, about 21% stronger then your average person.
Fears- Yes, this fear feeding being has fears of his own. Those fears are the same one his makes his victims suffer though
Location- Unknown (He moves around a lot)
Nationality- Half Russian, Half French (Can speak both, though he has more of a Russian accent)
Victim Pattern- Anyone with almost any kind of Phobia, wither it be common like Arachnophobia (fear of spiders) to Coulrophobia (fear of clowns) and quite a few more. Though he manly goes for people who fear sleep or causes them to fear it latter on.

Trivia:

Birth- Little is known about the birth of Joe, anything that is heard is assumed to be rumors since Joe hasn't conformed any of them. One of the rumors are that he was a born human but because of some unknown turns of events was changed into a demon.
Hypnophobia- When he was around the age of a kid he saw a scene in a movie were a man died in his sleep (I can't think of any movies that came out like that when he was that age...) this caused a deep fear of going to sleep since he thought that someone might try and kill him
Teeth- His teeth are like that of a normal human's, though his canine teeth are a bit longer and sharper then most humans. There almost like that of an older version of a vampire.
Side effects of feeding- After so long his victims start to become mentally drained. How long it takes for this to happen is different from person to person, but when this happens they often become very fearful and paranoid. Because of this they may lash out on others, more so when they try and make them sleep. There are also some that end up going emotionless, at this point there are two likely ways things could end. One, Sleepless Joe will take him/her under his wing as an apprentice. Two, he kills the victim which is the most likely one to happen.
Animals- Most animals don't like Joe, this is because they can tell that he is a harmful being that means ill well towards their humans. Though there are some cases were animals do like o be around him, this however is manly with wild animals.
Eyes- He wasn't born with two different color eyes, he's right eye just changed color on it's own. Though some say that it may have something to do with his demon blood.

Among the living or the dead?- Joe is very much alive, but there are rumors going around that he may of died and was turned into a demon well his spirit was trapped in a limbo.
Can he eat human food?- No, it makes him sick. He can only feed off the fears of the people around him.

Can he get stronger depending on who he feeds off of?- Yes, the stronger the victim's fear the more power Joe has. Though his physical strength isn't affected by this
Which world is he real in?- His form is real in both the realm of dreams and the waking world, however he is most commonly seen in the dreams of his victim
Are his powers like Freddy Krueger's?- Well if you get down to it, yes he dose have the ability to both harm people in their dreams and have the wounds appear in the waking world, but those dreams only happen when Joe is ready to kill his pray. His power in the waking world is almost like that of Pennywise the clown.
How high are the chances that Joe would attack a specific person?- There are many people in the world, so the chances are pretty low
Dose he sleep?- He used to, now he can't. Not because he doesn't want to but because his body won't allow him to
What age group are his victims?- Anywhere from five years old to an adult, it really doesn't matter to him. As long as they have a fear then he's more then happy to feed off of them
